Shipping policy

ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. We charge for your order at time of purchase and will ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items or long delivery times.

If you have any questions regarding a product (ie. color, size, weight, material, texture, etc.) we can be reached at shop@melissatrivetteinteriors.com. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week. 

Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier not when the order is placed.

We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes items are out of stock at time of purchase or unexpected delays may occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will happily email you with information on when you can expect your order. 

Most items will be shipped directly from warehouse in Southlake, TX, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need rush delivery, please contact us prior to ordering. 

Additional shipping fees will be charged for white glove delivery service, oversized items, and large canvas art. If you have a questions on a particular product please email shop@melissatrivetteinteriors.com. 

We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to AK or HI at this time, only to the 48 contiguous states.
